Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 calendar days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the manuals and documents inside.
To complete the return, we need your proof of purchase.
Please note that you must have the serial number of your product. If the label has been removed, it cannot be returned or refunded. Likewise, any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts cannot be returned or refunded.
It is necessary that you schedule the collection of the product, if applicable, as well as an appointment if you prefer to deliver personally in our offices.

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.

Exchanges (if applicable)
